Low Calorie Lunch/ Dinner Recipes
1. Rotisserie Chicken Breast Sandwich with lettuce, tomato, avocado slices & mustard. Substitute 2 big red cabbage or green cabbage leaves for bread.
2. Mexican spiced grilled chicken breast served on a bed of greens, side of sliced avocado &sprinkled with lemon juice.
3. Grilled Salmon/ Tilapia/ Mackerel served over a bed of baby kale & quinoa. Side of tomatoes & cucumbers.
4. Cajun Spiced Ground Turkey Chili with celery, onions, carrots.
5. Cobb Salad with hard boiled egg, turkey bacon, and avocado on a bed of spring mix, sliced cucumbers, avocado & tomatoes drizzled with yogurt cilantro dressing.
6. Corn tortillas with Mexican spiced cooked ground turkey, side of salsa, black beans & avocado.
7. Grilled Chicken Tikka marinated in yogurt, green chili-ginger-garlic & paste & BBQ chicken tikka masala.
8. Ground chicken cooked in EVOO with tomatoes, onions, coriander, cumin, red chili powder, & garam masala served with whole grains sprouted bread. A side of steamed sweet potatoes.
VEGETARIAN OPTIONS

peppers & onions in EVOO, side of half bowl of guacamole.
