1 cup sprouted chickpeas
1 mango chopped
4-5 sliced strawberries
1 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds
Dressing
1 cup plain greek yogurt
1 deseeded chopped small green chilies or jalapenos
1 inch grated fresh ginger
1 full lemon lemon juice
3-4 sprigs fresh cilantro chopped
2 garlic cloves

    Prepare and chop your fruit and veggies and place in a large bowl. Top with seeds, chickpeas, and mung beans.
