This is a super easy, made within minutes recipe that you can marinate a day ahead of your BBQ/pool side party, or for a football game with friends. Super easy and super healthy!

Tofu Tikka RecipeMethod 1. In a large bowl take the yogurt and mix it thoroughly with the BBQ spice blend. 2. Toss the tofu, cut bell pepper & onion pieces onto it and mix everything thoroughly well such that the yogurt coats tofu and veggies. 3. Cover and let it marinate for 8-10 hrs. 4. I usually let it marinate for 24 hrs as i marinate it day ahead of the party, but if you are crunched for time, 8-10 hrs. will be perfect too! 5. When ready to bake, preheat oven to 450° and line a baking tray with parchment paper. 6. Empty the contents of the bowl onto the tray. 7. Spread the marinade evenly for optimal baking. 8. Tray goes in the oven for 30-35 min for optimal baking. 9. Take it out, plate it, peel fresh lime juice on it & serve with raw onion! |
