half lemon or lime

      This is a super easy, made within minutes recipe that you can marinate a day ahead of your BBQ/pool side party or for a football game with friends. super easy and super healthy !!!

      Tofu Tikka Recipe

      Method

      1.In a large bowl take the yogurt and mix it thoroughly with the BBQ spice blend.

      2.Toss the EF tofu, cut bell pepper & onion pieces onto it and mix everything thoroughly well such that the yogurt coats tofu and veggies .

      3.Cover and let it marinate for 8-10 hrs.

      4. I usually let it marinate for 24 hrs as i marinate it day ahead of the party, but if you are crunched for time, 8-10 hrs will be perfect too !

      5.When ready to bake, preheat oven to 450 degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

      6.Empty the contents of the bowl onto the tray.

      7.Spread the marinade evenly for optimal baking.

      8.Tray goes in the oven for 30-35 min for optimal baking .

      9.Take it out, plate it, peel fresh lime juice on it & serve with raw onion !!
