2 bunches fresh cilantro
8 cloves garlic
1/2 cup water They need to be trimmed, thats important
4 inch piece ginger
2-3 small green chilies or jalapenos
1 tsp. cumin powder or whole cumin
salt to taste Leave the skin on for better taste

      Cilantro chutney is a very versatile chutney which can be used as a spread for sandwiches, paninis, also as a dip with many appetizers.

      Cilantro is rich in phytonutrients, flavonoids, very low in saturated fat, cholesterol, a good source of A, K, calcium, magnesium, folate, phosphorus, and potassium.

      But you know what is the best part – the chutney is so TASTY! This is a very easy recipe and it gets done in 5 mins flat.

      There is NO cooking involved whatsoever.

      How cool is that! You can adjust the spice level by adding or reducing the no of chilies or jalapeños.
