This is a 5 min post workout recovery drink that can be made with ingredients right in your fridge so you don’t have to rely on commercially prepared processed formulas to recover from your workouts.
You can also use Greek yogurt in this recipe. However, plain yogurt provides a more balanced amount of carbs to protein ratio i.e 4 carbs to 1 protein that is necessary post workout.
