1/2, finely chopped red bell pepper
2-3 leaves, chopped Swiss chard
1/2, finely chopped red onion
1/2 cup, chopped grape or cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup, chopped fresh basil leaves
2, chopped (more or less to your liking) garlic cloves
natural, about 1 cup, enough to cover pizza marinara sauce
about 1 cup, enough to cover pizza, Miyoko's Creamery or cheese of choice mozzarella cheese
Caulipower or whole wheat dough of choice pizza dough

    Chop your veggies

    Preheat your oven to 425° F. Chop your red bell peppers, Swiss chard, onions, cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, and garlic.

    Top your pizza with fresh, healthy ingredients

    Choose a natural sauce such as Rao’s homemade marinara sauce and a mozzarella of your choice. If fully plant based, Miyoko's Creamery mozzarella is a great option. Prepare your cauliflower crust or a whole wheat dough of your choice and add your chopped ingredients.

    Bake for 13-15 minutes or until crust is crispy and golden-brown. Top with a few dashes of oregano, crushed red pepper and garlic powder. Enjoy!
