Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1 container ( 8 oz ) sour cream
8 oz cream cheese softened
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 can ( 15 oz ) Organic black beans cooked or canned & rinsed may use half can
1 small red onion finely chopped
1/4 cucumber finely chopped
1/2 cup Fresh Chopped Cilantro
2-3 green chillies finely chopped optional
1 cup Buffalo wing sauce

      Vegetarian Cheesy Buffalo Dip Recipe

      METHOD

      1. In a big bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, cheddar cheese & ranch dressing mix very well.

      2. Stir in the rest of the ingredients, combine

      3. Transfer to a 3 or 4 qt Slow cooker

      4. Cook, covered on high for 1.5- 2 hours

      5.Once cooking is done, add cilantro and Mix well

      6. Dip is ready to serve

      Serving Suggestion

      Serve with celery sticks, carrots, Cucumber sticks or Tortilla chips
