    Greek Yogurt Cucumber Carrot Cumin Dip Recipe

    Method

    Mix the first five ingredients very well. Roast the whole cumin seeds in a small wok. This will emit a very pleasant aroma when it roasts. Coarsely crush them using a mortar and pestle. Add it to the dip and voila! Enjoy!

    Note:

    1) Serve both dips with either corn chips, whole wheat pita chips, celery sticks, or bell pepper strips.

    2) To truly savor these dips add plenty of cilantro & amp up your spices with fresh chillies!
