1/2 cup whole wheat flour

1 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. ground cardamom please do not skimp on the quantity of cardamom
1 Tbsp. hemp, flax, or chia seeds
1/4 cup organic cane sugar or sweetener organic cane sugar or sweetener of choice
1/2 cup chopped walnuts chopped walnuts & some more for garnishing
