Dry Ingredients:
1 cup Whole Wheat flour
3/4 cups Flour Almond
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds optional
1 tablespoon Baking Powder
1/4 tablespoon Salt
1 tablespoon Cardamom Powder can substitute with cinnamon powder
Wet Ingredients:
1/4 cups coconut oil
1/3 - 1/2 cup Organic Honey 1/3 cup makes for a very lightly sweet bread- add upto half cup for adequate sweetness
2 tablespoon Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg optional, for vegan option - use flax egg instead
1/4 cup Almond Milk or Water do not use regular milk when using greek yogurt- if u want to use regular milk, then dont use greek yogurt
3 medium or 2 Large ripe bananas

      Banana Almond Pecan Bread Recipe

      1. Preheat oven to 325 F. Line a 9 in Loaf pan with parchment paper.

      2. Spray with Pam or cooking spray of choice.

      3. In a large bowl, Mix all the dry ingredients together well.

      4. Remove lumps of almond flour if any.

      5. In a food processor, mix all the wet ingredients to a puree.

      6. Then slowly add the wet mix into the dry mix until well combined.

      7. Transfer contents to the lined loaf pan and bake for 1 hour and 5 mins .

      Enjoy by itself with a fresh cup of coffee or spread almond butter over it and relish the goodness !!
