1 handful Spinach Leaves rich in iron, fiber
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds rich in calcium, Omega 3's, fiber & protein
2 tablespoon Almonds slivered or use 10 whole deskinned almonds
1 small Banana rich in potassium & iron
3 pitted Dates rich in iron, fiber
2 piece Turmeric Root heart healthy, anti-inflammatory, antioxidants rich
1 scoop Fit 365 whey Protein provides 10 gms of grass fed whey protein, probiotics,fiber,MCT
1 /2 teaspoon Ghee use for kids smoothie -healthy fat
