1 Tbsp. chia seeds rich in calcium, Omega 3's, fiber, and protein
2 Tbsp. almonds slivered or use 10 whole deskinned almonds
1 small banana rich in potassium, and iron
3 pitted dates rich in iron, fiber
2 piece turmeric root heart healthy, anti-inflammatory, antioxidants rich
1 scoop Fit 365 whey Protein provides 10 gms of grass fed whey protein, probiotics, fiber, MCT
1/2 tsp. ghee use for kids smoothie - healthy fat
