1 - 15 oz. can tomato sauce

about 8 corn tortillas

1 can rinsed organic black beans
-
1 sliced avocado
-
1/2-1 cup spicy salsa
-
2 Tbsp. avocado oilor any high heat oil

Brown and your turkeyBring a large skillet with avocado oil over medium heat. Add your onions and allow to glaze. Add your turkey and chop with a spatula or wooden spoon and cook until browned and in small pieces. Add your tomato sauce, starting with about 1/2 a can and adding more if your mixture starts to dry out when cooking. |

Add seasoningAdd all seasonings and bring to low heat and let simmer for about 10-15 minutes stirring occasionally. In the meantime, rinse and warm your beans and season with a little cumin and salt. Warm your tortillas in a small skillet for about 30 seconds on each side. This allows them to stay intact while cooking. Top your tortillas with your taco meat, beans, salsa, and avocado. Enjoy! |
