Dry Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. chia seeds
Wet Ingredients
1 cup grated zucchini squeezed of excess water then measured to 1cup
1/3 cup raw organic honey
1 large banana mashed
1 Tbsp. coconut oil melted
1 Tbsp. plain yogurt

      Low carb, keto lovers – super easy, very healthy zucchini bread recipe that tastes great and does not expand your waistline. Give it a try!

      Preheat oven and mix wet ingredients

      Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a loaf pan. Mash the banana in a big bowl, mix all the wet ingredients except zucchini until thoroughly combined.

      Mix dry ingredients and bake

      Whisk together dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add zucchini and stir until combined. Pour batter into loaf pan. Bake for about 45 minutes until top is browned and center of the bread is set. Remove from oven and let cool in the pan on a wire rack for 5 minutes. Remove bread from loaf pan and place back on the wire rack to cool fully before slicing.
