Ingredients

almond flour
1cup almond flour
1/2 cup Whole Wheat flour
1teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1tablespoon Cinnamon powder
1teaspoon Chia Seeds
Wet Ingredients
1 cup Freshly grated zucchini squeezed of excess water then measured to 1cup
1/3 cup Organic Honey
1 large Banana mashed
1tablespoon Melted Coconut Oil
1tablespoon Plain Yogurt

      Zucchini Almond Cinnamon Bread Recipe

      METHOD

      1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a loaf pan .

      2. Mash the banana in a big bowl, mix all the wet ingredients except zucchini until thoroughly combined.

      3. Whisk together dry ingredients in a large bowl.

      4. Add zucchini and stir until combined.

      5. Pour batter into loaf pan.

      6. Bake for about 45 minutes until top is browned and center of the bread is set.

      7. Remove from oven and let cool in the pan on a wire rack for 5 minutes.

      8. Remove bread from loaf pan and place back on the wire rack to cool fully before slicing.
