WET INGREDIENTS

zest of 2 oranges

juice of 1-2 orangesadd more for sweeter muffins

10 tablespoons organic maple syrup(i have used only 5 tablespoons but mind you they make very mildly sweet muffins- but that works for me. I recommend using 10 tablespoons for a regular palate

1 tablespoon virgin coconut oil

1 tablespoon plain yogurt

Prepare dry ingredients and mixMix all the dry ingredients, except the whole pecans very well. Create a well in the center of the bowl containing the dry ingredients and add the wet mix to it. Mix everything well. |
