Prepare your kaleSauté chopped garlic and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add your roughly torn or chopped kale to the pan before the garlic starts to brown. Toss quickly with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper. Wait until slightly wilted (about 1 minute) and remove from heat. Toss a little lemon juice and enjoy on the side of your tofu and soup! |
