4 boneless skinless chicken breast
Marinade
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
2 lemons lemon juice or lime juice
2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
Bed of greens
1 cup mixed dark leafy greens
1/2 sliced or cubed avocado

    Marinade your chicken

    Mix all ingredients for the marinade in a large Ziplock bag - note: include only juice from one of the lemons and save the second one for later. Place your chicken breasts in the marinade, secure tightly, and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.

    Grill

    Either add your meat to the grill or cook in a frying pan with a little avocado or high heat oil. Cook thoroughly and brown either side. Slice or cube and enjoy over your greens and avocado with a fresh lemon juice "dressing."
