Directions
These patties make a great summertime lunch that’s easy to bring to a bbq or to have on hand frozen whenever you need a healthy and filling lunch. Top them on the salad for a hydrating, nutrient dense option.

Prepare your veggiesPrepare your veggies and roughly torn or chopped mixed greens in a large bowl. |

Mix your burger mixBring all your burger ingredients into a food processor. Blend well but still allow the mixture to be slightly chunky. You'll want it solid enough to easily form patties without it being too runny. Brush with a little olive oil and grill or use a skillet and lightly brown on both sides. Enjoy over your salad with your olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy! |
