2 cups unsalted cashews
-
2 Tbsp. raw organic honey

1 tsp. paprika or red chili powder

salt to taste

1 Tbsp. oil of choice

Make Candied PecansMETHOD (Candied Pecans) 1) Take a heavy bottom pan & turn on the heat. 2) Add all ingredients except salt, vanilla & cardamom to the pan. 3) Mix completely and cook continuously on high for 3-5 mins until all maple syrup gets evaporated. 4) Once you reach that point, add salt & vanilla essence. Mix 5) Turn off the gas at this point and now add cardamom powder. Mix well. 6) Cool completely. 7) Nuts are ready to serve. You may store them in an airtight container up to a week. |

Spicy Candied CashewsMETHOD (Spicy Candied Cashews) 1) Preheat oven to 350 F. 2) In a big bowl mix all the ingredients together very well. 3) Line a baking tray with parchment sheet & spray it with PAM. 4) Spread the cashews on to the baking tray. 5) Bake at 350 for 20 mins, turning midway to ensure even baking. 6) remove from oven, cool completely. 7) Cashews are ready to serve. Store in an airtight container for 1 week |
