Cilantro chutney is a very versatile chutney which can be used as a spread for sandwiches, paninis, also as a dip with many appetizers.
Cilantro is rich in phytonutrients, flavonoids, very low in saturated fat, cholesterol, a good source of A, K, calcium, magnesium, folate, phosphorus, and potassium.

There is NO cooking involved whatsoever.
How cool is that! You can adjust the spice level by adding or reducing the no of chilies or jalapeños.
