Mix quinoa with ingredientsIn a bowl take fluffed and cooled quinoa and add cilantro, cumin powder, lime juice & salt. Mix and set aside. |

Combine other ingredientsIn a big salad bowl, combine the chopped red onion, lime juice, olive oil, and season with salt, to taste. Mix well and then combine with the remaining ingredients. |
