Ingredients

For the Batter
1 cup chickpea flour
1 cup rice flour
2 Tbsp. corn flour
1 Tbsp. paprika or red chili pwd
1 Tbsp. ground black pepper
salt to taste
1/4 cup water water to make thick batter
For the Sauce
1 small onion finely chopped
1/4 bell bell peppers finely chopped optional
5 cloves garlic cloves
2 inch pieces fresh ginger
1 cup Sriracha sauce or any hot chili sauce
2 Tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. organic maple syrup
1 tsp. soy sauce or tamari, reduced sodium
1 tsp. chili vinegar
1 tsp. coconut oil
For Garnish
optional sesame seeds
scallions chopped
