Marinate your chickenSlice your chicken breasts lengthwise to butterfly and using a meat tenderizer pound your chicken to thin. Blend your yogurt, chilis, ginger, and garlic and then add to a Ziplock bag or tightly closeable container. Add your chicken and cover all pieces thoroughly and close container. Marinade for 2 hours or overnight. |

Grill and enjoyGrill your chicken or place in an oiled skillet and brush any excess marinade to your chicken breasts. Cook until browned. Enjoy sliced over bed of mixed greens or in a sprouted or gluten free wrap. |
