Mix and roll!Mix all dry ingredients thoroughly. Season to your liking and add yogurt to create a dough. Knead well and press into a flat round shape to fit in your frying pan. A cast iron pan works nicely here. Cook until crispy on both sides. Enjoy with hummus, fresh herb chutneys, finely chopped veggies, and so much more! |
