1/3 - 1/2 cup raw organic honey1/3 cup makes for a very lightly sweet bread- add upto half cup for adequate sweetness

2 Tbsp. Greek yogurt

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 eggoptional, for vegan option - use flax egg instead

1/4 cup almond milk or waterdo not use regular milk when using greek yogurt- if u want to use regular milk, then dont use greek yogurt

3 medium or 2 large ripe bananas
