1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 - 1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 Tbsp. coconut sugar
pinch of salt
1/2 cup blueberries
To lightly coat avocado oil butter or coconut oil works nicely too

    Mix all ingredients

    Mix all ingredients really well and heat up your frying pan over medium heat. Add more or less milk for a nice smooth consistency. Add your avocado oil (or other) and start to drop small circles of batter onto the pan. Flip when nice and golden in color and enjoy with maple syrup!
