Prep your veggiesChop you veggies and add to a pan over medium heat with olive oil. Beat your egg whites with 1 Tbsp. of water or milk. Whisk your egg mixture and add to pan when veggies are almost done cooking. Mix well and wait until whites are cooked. Enjoy! |
