1 Large Cucumber
1/2 Medium Purple Onion
1 Small Avocado
1 Small Green Chili Otherwise 1/2 Jalapeno
3 Cloves garlic
3/4 Cup Cilantro leaves
3/4 Cup Mint Leaves
1.5 Cups Bolthouse unsweetened plant Protein Milk Otherwise 1.5 cups of chilled water ( both options taste good, but the plant protein milk gives the soup a protein boost )
